Oronzo Daloiso (Researcher) graduated with Honours and Distinction in European Studies at King's College London, Sciences Po Paris and the London School of Economics.
After his Master’s degree in Diplomacy at the Italian Society for International Organizations and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr Daloiso received assignments at the Parliament of the Province of Buenos Aires, the European Parliament and the Joseph Károlyi Foundation in Budapest.
He has been Policy Analyst for LUISS Guido Carli University, Eurasia and Equilibri, and is currently Member of the Scientific Committee of the Institute of International Relations at the National University of La Plata and External Relations Officer for OGIM. During his project assignments, Mr Daloiso has delivered research and analytical papers, reviews, bench-marking exercises, synthesis reports of expert discussions, seminar proceedings and country case studies, impact assessments on public sector innovation exercises, risk assessments for investment opportunities.
Collecting data through surveys and interviews as well as analysing statistical and academic data in order to build and test hypotheses has been an equally important expertise that he brought in the company. He joined Paragon Europe in 2013 and since November 2014 is appointed as EU Account Manager at the Brussels representation office, where he is responsible for coordinating the external relations of the organisation, managing relations with EU institutions, partners and clients, as well as positioning the company in European projects and tenders. Mr. Daloiso is an Italian native speaker and is fluent in written and spoken English, French, German and Spanish.
